Cleaning Up
It took Dorothy months to get ready for that shower thing she had yesterday. Actually, most of the work was done in the last week. We cleaned up after the party in about half a day. Part of the reason we could do this quickly is because a lot of the clean up resulted into throwing away stuff. Things that could not be recycled (Dorothy is big on that) were either taken to the dump or burned (we can do that in Harper). But the most important reason is that Dorothy is so organized. There is a place for everything. And these places are either obvious or labeled. Also, modern conveniences help a lot. Her dishwasher is quiet and hold a lot of dishes. The vacuums are lightweight and we have one for each floor so we don't have to carry them up and down stairs. Dorothy brought hers over when we were married and I bought a new one for the third floor. Anyway we can relax today and a nice clean house.
